FIAF’s American teachers, specialized in teaching English as a Second Language, provide customized private English lessons for French, Francophones or other foreign-language-speaking adults or adolescents, and help them integrate into main-stream English-speaking life or education.

Private English lessons are available for adults, kids, and teens at all levels of proficiency. Lessons are tailored to address your level, interests, and particular needs. Lessons may be taken one-on-one or in groups of two or three.
Lessons are currently available online via Zoom, in-person at our FIAF Manhattan and FIAF Montclair locations, or offsite at your home or office (within Manhattan).

Your Teacher
Louise Egan has been teaching private English classes in New York for over 10 years. She specializes in all aspects of the language: conversation, grammar, pronunciation / accent modification, and writing (for business and general purposes). In addition, she can provide cultural understanding about living in New York as well as the United States in general — history, pop culture, customs, and humor, etc. Her classes are tailored to each student’s needs and interests and are truly dynamic and interactive.

Our Rates
FIAF offers very affordable Private English Lessons for individuals (1 student) and small groups (2-3 students). Prices vary depending on type of class and the number of students. A minimum of 5 hours of lessons must be purchased.
Special rates available for packages of 15-29 and 30+ hours.
